Joe Holmseth
Joe Holmseth is the Interim Executive Director at Breakwater Health Network and has been working in the healthcare IT industry for more than 15 years, serving 200+ health centers across the country. Over the past 5 years his focus has shifted to understanding the unique needs in the federally qualified health center space. He joined Breakwater Health Network in 2019 to help the members improve patient care through effective utilization of technology and data. He has a degree is Computer Engineering and specializes in database management, data analytics, EMR optimization, and customer service. Prior to joining Breakwater, Joe was a Systems Engineer for Netgain Technology, a healthcare IT hosting provider.
Kim Bowker
Kim Bowker is Breakwater Health Network’s Office Manager and is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day work of the network. Some of her duties include organizing office operations and procedures, AP/AR functions, operational and grant budgeting, member and vendor relations and project management. Kim has been the Office Manager for Breakwater Health Network for 14 years and has deep knowledge and experience with all network members and partners. Kim organizes ongoing peer network groups, the network’s Annual Meeting, necessary technical assistance calls, vendor management, and financial reporting.
